To get the most out of your class, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand. This allows time to sign in, meet your coach and put your things away.
If you arrive later than 5 minutes of class time you will not be allowed to enter the gym and your spot may be issued to another client.

Let them know about any physical limitations or injuries. They’ll give you the rundown and prepare you for the best hour of your day.
